Knowing how to use knives safely and competenly can lead to greater ease and improve every dish that you make. Join us for this hands on class covering the basics of cutting. Your new skill set will be put into play preparing two types of bruchetta or salsa

Wednesday October 21st, 2026 6-8:30pm

Pate au choux traslates from the French as cabbage paste because of the way they looked when baked- round with crevices. Learn how to make the base pastry that can then be transformed to cream puffs, eclairs, doughnuts, churros, and even gnocchi. 

Sunday October 25th, 2026 2-5pm

"Only the pure in heart can make a good soup" - Beethoven. Chase away the chills, and join us as we discuss the differnt catergories of soups and their bases. We will make Pasta Fagioli, Butternut and Pear Bisque, Italian Wedding, Broccoli Cheddar and MORE!

Freshly Made pasta is an awesome dinner. Creating it yourself is easier than you may think. Learn to make fettuccini and stuffed ravioli plus pair them with delicious sauces that will compliment them perfectly. 

Friday November 13th, 2026 6-8:30pm

Soft, tender, fluffy and delicious! Learn the skills centered around yeast bread baking with focus on development and shaping. We will make Jewish honey challah, Walnut Rosemary braid, seeded butternut squash wreath and Italian Lemon Bread. 

Sunday November 15th, 2026 6-8:30pm

Get ready for Thanksgiving by perfecting your pie game! Learn how to make pie crust from scratch and variety of filllings will be available. This is a make and take event where each pairing will go home with a pie to bake later. 

Sunday December 6th, 2026 2-5pm

Celebrate the season with a hands on class making Italian cookies that have been passed down from generation to generation. Favorites include cucidati, pignolis, anise knots, rum balls, rainbow layer cookies, and more bakery favorites. 

Friday December 11th, 2026 5-8pm

Come out and learn how to whip, scramble and flip your way to a great breakfast that is sure to impress! From the basic pancake to making eggs multiple ways, we will make party pancakes, wake up waffles, bueberry muffins, eggs benedict and more. Ages 13-19

Friday December 18th, 2026 6-9pm

Impress your guests with a hoiday meal to remember for years to come. Students will learn how to choose a great rib roast, rubs, and seasonings, cooking method and simple sauces that accent a memorable roast. Parmesan Popovers, Duchess Potatoes and Green Bean Amondine will be prepare to complete the meal. 

Wednesday December 30th, 2026 5-9pm

No reservation required, just great company and an appetite for something luxurious. Indulge the year's end learning how to make crab cakes with creamy mustard-chive sauce, a salad of shaved fennel and pear, champagne risotto and close the evening with a molten salted caramel lava cake. 

Saturday January 2nd, 2027 10am -1pm

Discover how to make Sicily's most famous dessert. Learn how to knead and fry the dough to create the perfect crispy shell then prepare fillings from classic sweet ricotta to rich custard. Bring home some irresistable treats your family will be impressed by.
